Here's What I Know About You
- Being a high-performer, the predominant challenge you face is that your game is significantly higher than anyone around you.
- You compete mentally and physically at levels that most people can’t fathom. Yet, even you don’t see how much you hold back from what is possible.
- However, I am skilled at nudging high-performers towards greater self-awareness and growth.
- Despite everything you have achieved, performing at your already performing level will not lead you to further growth.
- Undoubtedly, the same qualities, mindset, and hard work that have led to your present success are precisely holding you back from even higher levels of success.
- Through my comprehensive experience working with elite athletes and coaches, little kids and parents, and the homeless, I have discovered some qualities of high-performers and high-achievers that drive them forward and equally hold them back.
IS THIS YOU?
1. You experience great success, but it’s never enough.
Despite abundant evidence of your success, admiration, and praise from those around you, you feel unworthy or undeserving of everything you’ve achieved like an “Impostor.” And it is not uncommon for high-performers to constantly feel like frauds or lazy.
2. You want more but get comfortable in the Plateau.
The Plateau is a common term used in sport; it occurs when results stop showing toward the desired goal. The body becomes accustomed to the stress and adaptations we place on ourselves. The training seems challenging; however, growth has stunted, leading to a performance slump.
The threat lies when you get comfortable with the success your Plateau creates, which is far more than the average individual. As a result, you underperform without realizing that you’re in the Plateau.
3. You regularly demand High Standards of Perfection.
Sometimes you become very concerned about being perfect and compare perfection to success and high performance. Even after achieving your goals, you keep pushing yourself to higher standards without any concern about your well-being.
4 .You live in the Future.
Because you are so focused on consistent growth and success, you often worry about the future. But, unfortunately, uncertainty about the future can make you feel disabled sometimes. As a result, your thought patterns, emotions, and subsequent actions and behaviors don’t align with your high-performance standards.
5. The new shiny thing Problem.
You constantly seek new challenges to solve every day to feel like you did something worthwhile. Unfortunately, this need to seek dopamine hits from problem-solving leads you to avoid self-care, income, and relationships until they become a challenge. As a result, you can lose sight of your long-term goals.
6. You feel you’re in this Alone.
That’s because you are. You live for the joy and excitement you get by doing what you love, and you constantly amaze people. However, you know you are a high achiever, and you believe that you don’t need any support. As a result, you miss out on your very personal support team that plays at the same level you do and can take you higher.
7. Truth is hard to come by.
The more you achieve, the harder it becomes to have authentic relationships with those around you. It becomes hard for you to open up, and everyone around you is afraid of telling the truth. As a result, leaders often have few or no people in their lives who will say to them precisely what they need to hear the most.
So I Have A Few Questions For You...
- Are you struggling to attain your goals and create the life — personally and professionally — you desire? You know it, feel it, sense it, but you just can’t make the vision real?
- Maybe you’ve already achieved a high level of success, but you know you can have, be, and do even more, and you want to step into your greatness. But you just can’t figure out what action, habit, or mindset will get you there?
Stop making your growth, greatness, and impact wait longer. I can help you grow now to live and experience your highest potential!
That Being Said, I’m Not for Everyone.
As a high-performer myself, I’ve experienced uncertainty, doubts, moments of feeling stuck, and a lack of motivation that can happen in life, sport, and business. As a result, I actively practice my own life coaching techniques so I can authentically coach you with pure confidence.
WHO I WORK WITH | WHO I DON’T WORK WITH |
People who want to build and leave a legacy. | People who only “maybe” want to change their habits. |
Creators, Inventors, Disrupters! | Gossipers, Bickerers, Distractors! |
People who are willing to get Uncomfortable, take risks and fail. | People unwilling to get out of their comfort zone and take risks. |
High-Performers who know their potential and aren’t afraid to question their own beliefs. | People who blame others and complain and are not growth-minded. |
People who are willing to get real, vulnerable, and show up fully. | People unwilling to show their true nature, and don’t take action. |
