A fundamental part of the service is our training/habit consultation. It serves to build a complete physical and mental picture of you.
Fitness/Habit Consultation Report
The consultation looks at a variety of components to see where you currently area, where you would like to be, and the best way to get there. It is broken down into different areas:
Goal Setting
If you don’t know where you want to get to, how will you know how to get there? Using a root cause analysis, we delve into what you want to achieve and the key driving factors. We then set a realistic, attainable target within an agreed time. By investigating the goal, the rationale, your exercise history, and any factors that may hinder you, we can establish a path as we advance.
Lifestyle
Lifestyle is another important that has an impact on your results. It will compromise a detailed analysis of your sleep patterns, stress levels, mental approach, and attitude towards life, whether positive, harmful, creative, or destructive. Assessing your lifestyle is an effective primary tool that significantly impacts your results.
Training Plan
All of these combined allow us to set the days, times, type, and duration of your training. Our exercise program is truly bespoke and will deliver time-efficient and effective results and ultimately leans on your ability to act on it.
